Our house riff on the espresso martini. In remembrance of every abuela out there who served you a cup of coffee on every visit. Made with Barrilito 3 Stars, black strap molasses, coffee liqueur, St Elizabeth Allspice Dram, chocolate bitters & at last the espresso. Perfect elegant cocktail for after dinner.

A rum martini crafted with Facundo’s 10 year aged silver rum, the NEO. Cocchi Americano & Salers aperitif as secondary characters. With lime zest & black truffle infused olive oil drops for a salty, citrus finish.

A Puerto Rican riff on one of Cuba’s most famous cocktails, El Mojito. Crafted with Puerto Rican agricultural rum, Ron Pepón. A Funky rum balanced with mint , Kāne citrus mix & house sugar cane soda. Remember, this is not your regular mojito, this is the Sugar Kāne Mojo.

GONE BANANA’S Crafted by Chriss
This cocktail layers the deep, oaky complexity of Barrilito 3 stars rum with the lush sweetness of banana liqueur. House citrus mix brightens the profile, while house made cinnamon & ginger syrups add warm spice and touch of heat. A dash of cocoa bitters ties everything together with a whisper of dark chocolate, delivering a smooth, aromatic finish. Bold, balanced and full of Caribbean soul.

KU DAIQUIRI
This daiquiri consists of a funky combination of Agricultural Ron Pepón, lime juice, and sugar—our riff on the a pioneer of the sour category of drinks. We add a hint of bitters, as recommended by Ernest Hemingway.

The legendary cocktail inspired by Don the Beachcomber; presented with Don Q Gold, Don Q Silver, Myers Dark Rum, Don Q 151-Proof, Don Q 7 Rum, fresh lime juice, falernum, grenadine, a few drops of absinthe, and Zombie mix.
